JK said somewhere that Luna/Neville was a no go, but her main excuse was that Neville would be scared/intimidated/freaked out by Luna, and frankly I don't buy that anymore. One of my friends got it all worked out--Neville teaches Herbology, Luna teaches Care of Magical Creatures, occasionally they do joint classes, and every year he makes her a new plant/animal hybrid for their anniversary :D
Luna + Ollivander = way creepy! Isn't he old enough to be her grandfather?
I really ought to get around to writing my own 'final thoughts', it's been a couple of days since I finished...
