bleah-ness
Nov. 30th, 2006 02:34 amI haven't posted lately, as not a lot has been going on. I feel kind of a bleah sense of apathy about so many things. I used to enjoy writing very much, but getting over the (growing) feeling of not having anything worth saying is uphill work. So this entry may be especially rambly.
My place of employment continues its slow death. Most of my coworkers don't think we'll make it to April, when we'll be officially shut down. Now that the busiest travel dates are over (Nov 22 and 26)and it's too late for all but the ungodliest expensive of Christmas fares, it's naturally our slow season. And what with the majority of our calls already going to outsourcers, it's even quieter than usual.
It's freezing cold outside which is making me crave baked goods. Not just eating, but baking. I want my house to be warm and smell of pie.
Oh, and I made another biscornu, this time for the
xstitchexchange biscornu swap. Since
chavah received it this week, I can go ahead and post pictures of it here.

I really enjoy making biscornu (except for the part where I accidentally poked a big hole in the fabric and had to redo one whole side) and so far, the swap's been really fun. It's still a fairly small community, which is nice. I haven't received mine yet, although I know it's been mailed. *pokes post office with stick*
Now I'm going to go curl up with some dvds and maybe some pecan pie.
