(no subject)

So I haven't been up to much lately, except of course I bought my copy of Deathly Hallows. Unfortunately as I had to work Friday night, I couldn't go to a proper bookstore release and had to make do by going to Walmart :P Not so much fun. While in line, I got a text from mythicalgryphon that she was stuck in line with the Kraken elsewhere in town. Sarah called me to see what line I was in and noted that at her Walmart, they had cake out, but weren't giving anybody any. "What, you have cake? Clearly, I'm at the wrong store." This caused a chain reaction and I could hear the line behind me start muttering, "Cake?" "Cake?" "Cake?" "Did somebody mention cake?"

I bought the deluxe edition because I'm a sucker and have no impulse control.

I didn't think I would miss the old workplace, but it's times like this when I do. Like when Order of the Phoenix came out and we just sat silently reading for hours because we had virtually no calls on the weekend. *sigh*
