Jan. 24th, 2008 02:20 amI keep meaning to post, but procrastination strikes as usual. And you know, the general lack of things going on.
Caught a cold on Monday (I hate when I get sick on my days off. What a waste!) and though I felt better by the time I went to work on Wednesday, I have promptly lost my voice since. I can manage a hoarse whisper and at best, an occassional croak. Since I work at a call center where I have to talk constantly, this will not fly. I lucked out on a day off today (no work since it was slow), but I'll have to call out tomorrow (although I'm not sure i can even convey that much over the phone.) I even managed to overcome my fear of doctors today and have some shiny new antibiotics. Still expect a few more mute days ahead though.
Can't find my battery charger anywhere, so my camera is ded :/ when I really want to take pictures of stuff.
Looking forward to tax time and that economic stimulus check thingy though jebus knows I will only blow it on dolls and needlework stash.
