Heh, I am addicted to Etsy. I bought chrysoprase drop necklace yesterday. I saw some chrysoprase at a jewelry shop while in San Diego and have been wanting some since then. It's a really pretty type of stone; I much prefer semi-precious stones to popular gemstones anyway*. The same etsy seller has a lot of pretty jewelry, it looks like she uses a lot of labradorite, which I also really like too. I have had a long lull on jewelry buying, but Etsy is playing havoc with that.

*eta: Okay, maybe it's more accurate to say that I like all kinds of gemstones. It's just the semi-precious ones that I can actually sometimes afford.

I love that seller's shop - I haven't bought from her yet, but she uses labradorite and chalcedony and prehnite and good stuff like that.

And her designs are simple, but elegant. The only bad thing about Etsy is wading through a lot of boring, poorly made jewelry. If it looks like something I could make, then I just skip over it.

Very pretty necklace! I love jewelry, but I'm not too big on stones. I'm not sure if you're a fan of wire wrapped jewelry, but Wyrding Studios is really popular on the Lush forums for their wire + stone pieces.

I'm not too crazy about wire wrapped jewelry, but those are really nice. Some other sellers I like: Howlindoggie (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=73585&order=&section_id=&page=1) has really pretty silver jewelry and there's some nice art nouveau stuff at Secret Jewelz (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5028514). Ooh, and I like Imogen's pendants (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=21975) too. I swear, internet shopping is going to be the death of me.

I've only been with the airline for like 8 months now, but it's frustrating sometimes. Okay, a lot of the time.
