Current Cross Stitch Goals
Try to work on the Taj Mahal Garden - *sigh* I haven't touched this for months. I didn't turn anything for the state fair (which was last week) and I'll be lucky if I get it done in time for next year's.
Finish HoE mattress pincushion exchange.
The Bakery is finished, I just need to frame it.
Kit up The Queen's Bluebird Box.
Just Nan's Crystal Roses. - I love this pattern, but not until after I bought it did I realize that most of it is stitched with #8 perle cotton, which is a total pain in the ass. It's hard to thread the needle and the stitches look kind of knotty and lumpy.
Dalek - For some insane reason, I decided to start this on 36ct linen. That was stupid of me. I'll be blind by the time that gets done.
Finish Shepherd's Bush Into the Night - Once I get some more Olive Branch silk. I hate when kits don't give you enough thread to finish :P
Kit up Mirabilia Halloween fairy. - If Silkweaver ever mails me the fabric :P
Hmm, that seems like a lot of goals. I'm not sure I'll get to all of them. I know I post a lot of cross stitch pictures, but there are a lot that I never get done. I'm not sure why, except that I'm very easily distracted and will find a new pattern (Oooh! Shiny!) that I have to start immediately and promptly forget what I was working on before.
The formula is something like this:
Completely finished projects <
Oh, and I watched the Heroes premiere tonight. I'm not sure if it was the fact that I was sleepy and have a headache, but it seemed really bad and the characters were acting idiotic. I wish they would quit adding so many new characters (did they learn nothing from last season?) and just focus on the ones they have. And by focus, I mean quit having them do stupid things solely to propel bad storylines forward.

Pick up With My Needle sampler once Michael's finishes framing it.

Finished projects that need framing and are in a storage bin in the meantime
< Partly stitched projects
< Charts that I bought with the intention of doing, but in reality will never, ever get around to.
